  • Real-Time was designed by a fellow realtor who was frustrated with the current transaction management options and with not having anything to give clients that gives them one place with everything they need. With Real Time, your clients don’t need to dig through emails, text, or folders to find the document they need.

    About Real Time

  • Real-Time is the ultimate platform in real estate today, enhancing the buying and selling process for both agents and their clients.

    Realtors subscribe to RT and receive access to a private portal that organizes all prospects, pending files, and past clients.

    Realtors then provide their clients with an app to be downloaded that gives them one place with everything they need for their transaction:

    • a live timeline,
    • reminders of time-sensitive tasks for the client
    • access to copies of important documents

Account

  • If you log in using email and a password, simply go to your account settings, select “Change Password,” and follow the prompts. If you forgot your password, click “Forgot Password?” on the login page to receive a reset link. For those who sign in with your Google account or via phone authentication, your password is managed by your Google account or mobile provider, so you’ll need to update it directly through their respective account settings.

  • Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time—if you do, you’ll continue to enjoy access until the end of your current billing period. While Stripe’s standard setup doesn’t offer a native pause option, we can work with you on flexible solutions if you need a temporary break.

Payment

  • We use Stripe to process your payments. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are the main networks we accept

  • $75 per month or $750 per year; no contracts required. Feel free to cancel anytime. The client app is free for all clients.

Privacy

  • No and we never intend to. We value your business and your privacy. All data collected is stored safely and is only used when support is needed or if an issue arises.

Software

  • Absolutely. You can update your timelines and tasks through your settings. You can also create a template for you and your team to share and update.

    Request a Feature

  • Agents will send their clients the invitation through their Realtor Portal. Clients will receive an email to log in. Please make sure that the client uses the same email that they provided you.

  • Yes, there is a bulk Upload button option. On anniversary page there is a button, or you can watch our tutorial video as well

  • Yes, Real time can used by a team with a one-shared log in but we suggest each agent to have their own profile in most cases.

  • Trials are 7 days. You won’t be asked for a credit card during that time. You can cancel your subscription at any time; if you do, you’ll continue to enjoy access until the end of your current billing period.
